I hope everyone is staying safe.
Earlier this month, I made a tough call to leave my leadership role at Universal Light Media Foundation Ghana.
After about five years, it is time for me to move on.
I have great love for the work of UNILIME and so every moment with the team, even the difficult times, was a valuable gift. I appreciate Prez. Dennis and NEC for the opportunity to serve!
Looking back, I am happy that I poured so much of myself into the work, and I hope it made a difference. Looking forward, I am optimistic that the organization will continue to empower young people and prepare them for the future.
In the past four-plus years, I have pioneered a chapter, managed projects and served as Ag. National Vice President. Within this period, the team has impacted several lives through our programs, raised the profile of the organization, and demonstrated evidence of impact.
However, as expected of the new young African leader, we must know when to exit!
As I move on, the mission continues, and it will count on the partnership and support you and I have to offer.
