On a mission to help young people gain ideation clarity and apt business insights, P.Y. has designed and delivered entrepreneurship training modules where participants have gone further to launch their businesses and raise seed capital.

Michael has international and local experiences working with diverse organizations, youth groups, educators, community leaders, CSOs and NGOs across Ghana, Nigeria, Germany, Egypt, Japan, Togo, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Namibia, Burkina Faso, and Morocco and Rwanda.

International Affiliation

The impact of his erstwhile roles offered him opportunities with the UN SDGs Global Festival of Action, the Global Change Makers Summit, and the World Youth Forum. He has received leadership training from the Atlantic Dialogue Emerging Leaders program, the British Library with Start Up Bromley-UK, the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship program, the USAID’s Young African Leaders Initiative, the African Presidential Leadership Program by the National Training Academy of Egypt, and the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers community.

Mr. P Y Asare holds M.A. Management and Administration from the University of Ghana Business School where he concurrently participated in the inaugural summer exchange program of the University of Ghana and the University of Bonn, Germany.
